Kentucky Derby Party
We are so excited for our Kentucky Derby Party THIS Saturday!
Here are a couple of very important notes regarding the event:
-In order to receive the address and gate code to the private home, you MUST RSVP to [email protected] as soon as possible (even if you RSVP’ed via hobnob, we still need you to RSVP to Ren). The address will be going out FRIDAY only to those who email Ren. We are trying very hard to protect the privacy of our generous home ownerswho are graciously hosting this event.
-There will be hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar. You can purchase your drinks using cash and/or a card.
-When you RSVP, please add if there are any food allergies.
-Guests and Friends are notonlywelcome, but encouraged! Please add number of guests to your RSVP!

Convention 2018
Hello, All Texas Gamma Phi Beta Alumnae!
The Dallas local committee is excited to share more about the Convention experience with you and we hope you will join us at our 78th Biennial Convention at the Hyatt Regency Dallas at Reunion Tower.

We Look forward to seeing you all at the 78th Gamma Phi Beta Convention!!!
The Dallas local committee is excited to share more about the Convention experience with you and we hope you will join us at our 78th Biennial Convention at the Hyatt Regency Dallas at Reunion Tower.
Here is some Information for all Alumnae in the Texas Area.
- The Convention will be held June 27 to July 1, 2018.
- Wednesday is our welcome day, with our Welcome Dinner, opening Business Session and flag processional.
- Thursday will feature our Business Session with the election of the 2018-20 International Council and Nominating Committee, a Bylaws Forum, as well as the Interfraternal Luncheon and celebration of our Panhellenic and IFC friends, followed by our Awards Dinner where we will recognize our outstanding chapters and members.
- Friday’s Business Session will include voting on proposed amendments to our Bylaws and a Convention favorite, the Confirmed Conventioneers Dinner which features hats with pink carnations and a celebration of sisterhood (and a lot of fun!).
- Saturday marks our closing Business Session and ritual, the Memorial and Initiation Services and the Pink Carnation Banquet where we will install our 2018-20 International Council, thank our 2016-18 International Council and celebrate a lifetime of commitment to Gamma Phi Beta.
- The purpose of Convention is to conduct the business of the Sorority and that is our main focus throughout the event. We also take time to celebrate the accomplishments of our members and organization, which includes celebrating our sisterhood by meeting friends old and new.
- Convention is a great way to get a perspective of Gamma Phi Beta outside of your own chapter and allows you to experience the organization at an international level.
- We encourage you to follow our official social media platforms for more information about Convention.

- Registration will open in early 2018.
